Any Kind of Alcohol and Any Quantity of Alcohol that you consume is doing Damage to Your Health.
Our family therefore made the decision to abstain from drinking any Alcohol.
Alcohol belongs to the Psychoactive Drugs and causes worldwide a lot of misery. The “healthy glass of wine” is an invention of the Drug Dealers (i.e. Alcohol Producers & Traders), the “healthy component” is certainly in the grape seed extract, not the alcohol.
One video says that in Germany alone, every year 74000 people die of alcohol related reasons. Not to mention the misery to the rest of the family caused by an alcoholic.
After now about 2 1/2 years (since 2023) without any kind of Alcohol consumption (also no beer at all, you read it right, wine I anyway never drank), I still LOVE this status. Zero Medication for our family. Ideal Blood Pressure, all recent Health Checkup items in perfect range, no Psychoactive Drugs and adding Weight Training to our regular weekly Gym evenings. The Aim is to stay free of any medication and getting to the peak of our fitness irrespective of our age. I believe that 80% of human sickness in caused by Nutrition and Lifestyle. So we do any effort to avoid self inflicting any ill health.
Mid of May 2026 we bought two blenders, really beasts of blenders, with 2200 Watt Motor and a 2 liter Jar (one we use at home and one in the office).
So far we left office quite late in the evenings, went home, and ate the cooked food. I found that not the ideal healthy way to have food still at midnight or even at 2 a.m. and then go to sleep.
So I set out to change this and I studied about possible Smoothies making. Juicing is not so much my ideal, as I want to consume not only the juice, but also all the fibers that are coming with the fruits and vegetables. Since around 25th of May 2026, I make a fruit/vegetable Smoothie at the office, and eat that before 8 p.m., and then only water or tea (tea is for us always without sugar and without unhealthy milk) for the rest of the night. For the content of the smoothies, I pack anything inside as long as it is RAW and FRUITS or VEGETABLES. With the 1.5 to 1.8 liter, Mona and I have enough for a Healthy Meal for dinner. Only exceptions to this are Saturday/Sunday or if we have a lunch or dinner event in a Restaurant.
The ingredients that you see on the sample below can of course vary from time to time, whatever interesting and nutritious we find at our shopping for fruits and vegetables (for example Oranges instead of Tomatoes, or I use green tea or even Kombucha instead of water and of course any kind of green vegetables).
We take for years already daily 2 large capsules of Omega 3 and 5000IU of Vitamin D3. So I add now 1 Tablespoon of Virgin Olive Oil to the Smoothie and we take the D3 with the Smoothie (as D3 is Fat Soluble and should be consumed with some fatty/oily food).
We eat every other day an Avocado for breakfast, and after I read about the powerful nutrients in the stone (pit) of the Avocado, I keep them, clean and dry them, and grind them also in the Smoothie. 1/3 of a stone every day, as it tends to make the Smoothie a bit bitter.
Healthy Raw Smoothie for Dinner
You see at the right side (or below) the 2 liter jar on top of the blender. Nice capacity. I put in: 3 small ripe Bananas, 1 medium size Beetroot, 1 medium Size Onion, 1 Carrot, 1 Cucumber, 2 Tomatoes, 2 Stems of Celery, 200g of Tofu, 250g of Kombucha Pellicle (Scoby), 4 pcs of fermented Garlic, 1.5 cm of fresh Ginger Root, 1 big teaspoon of Turmeric Powder that goes along with 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground Pepper, 3 tablespoons of Flaxseeds, 1 teaspoon of Caraway seeds (I like its flavor), 1 teaspoon of Magnesium Citrate and a pinch of SeaSalt. Then fill it to a level of 2/3 with iced Water and add still some IceCubes. I need to start blending slowly so I can add the cover as the ingredients lower down and only the 2nd 30 seconds at high speed.
After blending for 60 Seconds, the Smoothie is done. You can not tell optically any of the ingredients, except the red color given by the Beetroot. You can see the picture what it looks like when done. It is a bit thick for drinking, so I eat it with a spoon. I am very happy that Mona also joins in this Healthy Eating programme.
Being asked what it tastes like and if it is not boring, such dinner every day…
actually the Smoothie has most of the time no really distinct flavor. Sometimes we can sense the Onion, sometimes the Celery and at other times I can tell the Turmeric. On this occasion I could sense the Caraway but even that is hard to tell. It is of a creamy consistency. I personally believe this is a great Meal containing Vitamins, Minerals, Nutrients and Enzymes & Probiotics and Water. After eating 800ml of it, I feel really full, but not stuffed. I think it is all a matter of the mind set to nutrition and died . I myself put my overall health as priority and I like it this way. Specially as I know exactly what I put in my body, and it contains not a single bit of UPF or UPF Component (UPF standing for unhealthy Ultra Processed Food), no sugar and no heat processing.

Note by AF: Making my own healthy Sauerkraut since 2017 and eat it on a daily basis 😉 Because our family is convinced that a healthy body is based on a healthy gut. And as the Human cannot make and cannot store Vitamin C, the daily intake via our Sauerkraut is of high importance to us.
Note by AF: Making our own Kombucha since 2018. We drink every day a glass of home-made Kombucha. We have at home two fermentation jars, each 20 Liter and we have a 10 Liter jar in the office. So, Kombucha is part of our daily diet.
Not overly scientific, but interesting presentation about fermented food.
We take this Magnesium regularly. Currently still using up any Magnesium Citrate we have in our stock.
Note by AF: I am taking 500mg/day of this Niacin, since December 2022 already. Not that I have a problem, just as precautionary measure.
This is interesting, as we do have both at home, Povidone Iodine and raw Garlic.
Ok we are not on any medication, but still interesting
