I like this “nose over toes” approach. I have to pivot the upper body in the hips so much forward, that the nose is located over the toes. I use it anywhere I want to get up from, whether a chair or at the toilet, but I use it also when sitting down. I feel it eases the movement a lot.

Yeah, I am aware of that, this is an area where I have to put special attention and effort in. I have the impression that the sitting at the computer, whether in the office or at home, is contributing to a bad posture, and I need to work on a lasting correction.
