Healing with Vibrational Sound
This Page looks at the technical aspect of a Tuning Fork and of the Medical use of a Tuning Fork.
The next Page, Sound Healing Vibes, is a collection of various clips on the immersion into Sounds for Healing. That also has at the lower part some Bowls and their sounds.
This is the first set of Tuning Forks that I acquired (2 of each):
A 512 Hz without weight
a 256 Hz with weight
a 128 Hz with weight
and an 88 Hz with weight (was sold as 64Hz but measures in fact 88 Hz).
All come with an Activator (stick with Rubber Ball) and the ones with weight also with an Allen Key to tighten the screws for the weights, if required (you see them on the 88 Hz picture)

512 Hz, 256 Hz and 128 Hz

88 Hz
In addition, I have now also the following Tuning Forks, all without weight (first value is engraved, second is measured frequency):
F 174 / 176 Hz
F 285 / 290 Hz
UT 396 / 398 Hz
RE 417 / 422 Hz
Mi 528 / 527 Hz
SOL 639 / 633 Hz
FA 741 / 732 Hz
LA 852 / 844 Hz
F 963 / 961 Hz

So here I collect now YouTube Clips to the Subject of Healing with Tuning Forks.
No judgement or evaluation from my side, just see for yourself and evaluate. I do not endorse any brand or product with this link collection.
Once I have gained more of my own experience, I can let you know “my opinion” to some subjects.
First Experience Feedback: I got myself a few Ice Hockey Pucks, as such are recommended by a few on YouTube. But was I disappointed, these are 75mm diameter and 25mm thick and are very light and soft. I expected them to be rather hard Rubber Material, but they are just 40g and hitting such a Puck makes a slamming noise. I do prefer the stick with the hard rubber ball till I find a harder material than these “professional Hockey Pucks”. Ok, learned now that a real Hockey Puck weighs about 160g, so have to source such.
